EverSite™ is a weekly exterior maintenance standard designed for commercial properties. It ensures your property is consistently clean, safe, and fully inspected, with documented progress and a visible EverSite™ Badge to signal quality to customers and staff.
Why Weekly?

Weekly service is the minimum frequency required to maintain the EverSite™ Standard. It keeps exterior conditions controlled instead of reactive. For higher-volume locations, the same standard can be applied twice per week to maintain tighter consistency. Less than weekly service does not provide reliable results
Who is EverSite™ for?

EverSite™ is ideal for property managers, gas station operators, and retail lots that value cleanliness, safety, and professional documentation. If you want one reliable solution instead of juggling multiple vendors, EverSite™ is designed for you.
Who is EverSite™ NOT for?

EverSite™ is not for sites that only require occasional cleaning, one-off services, or non-critical maintenance. Because it’s a weekly-only program, it’s not cost-effective for properties that don’t need consistent attention.
Can I pick and choose services?

No. EverSite™ is a single, all-inclusive weekly plan. This ensures consistency, efficiency, and accountability. Every task on the EverSite™ Standard is performed each week for optimal results.
What if my lot gets dirty between visits?

EverSite™ works on scheduled programs, not one-off cleanups. Weekly service is the minimum required to maintain consistent exterior conditions. For higher-traffic sites, the same standard can be applied twice per week. Less than weekly service does not provide reliable results.
Do you use a sweeper truck?

EverSite™ does not require a sweeper truck to maintain our cleanliness standard. Many sites are best maintained through hands-on detail work and routine inspections.

When lot size, traffic, or debris levels justify it, mechanical sweeping can be added without changing the EverSite™ Standard.
Will my service change if a sweeper is added later?

No. The standard remains the same. Equipment is simply a tool used to maintain it more efficiently when needed.
Do you handle trash removal or replace trash liners?

No. Trash liners and waste handling are part of daily store operations and waste management. EverSite™ focuses on exterior presentation and cleanliness, not waste logistics, allowing us to stay consistent and accountable every week.
Do you power wash or deep clean?

EverSite™ focuses on ongoing exterior maintenance, not deep or restorative cleaning. When those services are ever needed, we can simply coordinate them through licensed partner providers to support the site without disrupting the EverSite™ program.
Do you provide emergency responses?

We do not provide emergency or same-day cleanups. Our program is built around a consistent, weekly schedule to maintain high standards across every site. Emergency responses require separate arrangements and are billed at a premium. The EverSite™ approach emphasizes preventive, predictable maintenance — staying consistent prevents the majority of issues from becoming emergencies.
What does the EverSite™ Badge represent?

The EverSite™ Badge signals that your property meets our strict weekly maintenance standards. It’s a visual guarantee of cleanliness, safety, and attention to detail — visible to managers, staff, and customers.
How are EverSite™ rates determined?

Rates are based on the size of your property, including the number of pumps at gas stations or parking stalls at retail lots, and the time required to complete all weekly tasks. Pricing also accounts for labor, equipment, insurance, administrative overhead, and the premium value of weekly inspections, documentation, and EverSite™ Badge verification. This ensures one technician can complete every task in a single visit while maintaining high-quality results.
How does billing work?

On a monthly flat-fee basis. Each month, you receive a single invoice based on your site’s size and EverSite™ Standard tasks. Billing is in arrears, Net 15, with all services included, no hidden fees. This provides predictable costs and eliminates surprises.

How do I get started?

Simply contact Sweep NWI for a site assessment. We’ll review your location, confirm pump and stall counts, and set up your weekly EverSite™ schedule. Once enrolled, your site will receive consistent, documented care and the EverSite™ Badge.
The EverSite™ Standard was developed for high-traffic retail environments and may expand to additional property types in the future.
